Some Things You Should Know...


  • Use smaller boxes for heavier items and larger boxes for lightweight, bulky items.
  • Keep hallways clear before move.
  • Make sure all boxes are packed and taped correctly.
  • Use labels or mark each box to identify contents and room.
  • Start packing at least two weeks in advance of moving date.
  • We sell boxes and packing materials.
  • For easy access on day of move, have all boxes in one area.
  • ARDENT MOVING SYSTEMS asks that the customer secure all your valuable possessions
    such as cash, jewelry, silver, stocks, bonds, weapons and other articles of extraordinary
    monetary or personal value.
  • Receive a referral fee for referring people moving into your old home and out of your new    
    home. (notify our office in advance)
  • Flammables cannot be transported on our trucks.
  • Please have crew follow you to the new home.
  • Notify cable, electric, water, gas and telephone providers of the date of your move.
  • Keep children and pets clear of movers to avoid injuries.
